The largest airport of the world represents the gigantomania of the New Turkey by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Its manifestation in the cityscape is an artistically barely developed field. The artist Murat Germen photographically fixes the urban transformation processes of Istanbul and analyzes it with digital montages. The focus is also on the unmasking of false promises.
